Break the Stigma LGBTQAI+ Youth Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your responses will help us better understand the mental health and identity experiences, challenges, and needs of LGBTQIA+ youth in Marin County. The survey consists of approximately 20 questions and should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Privacy & Confidentiality: Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. You are not required to complete it, and you may skip any questions that make you uncomfortable. All responses are completely anonymous. No personally identifiable information, such as email addresses or names, is collected. All data will be analyzed in aggregate, meaning that no individual responses will be singled out.

In this survey, we will ask some demographic questions and your experiences with mental health and support services. There are no right or wrong answers.
